Get to Know Donna
I've been drawn to design and the feeling of home for as long as I can remember — which, according to my grandmother, means since I was about four. We'd sit outside together, and I'd point at the trees and announce, with total confidence, "Bubby, look at the Norange trees." I hadn't nailed the vocabulary yet, but I'd nailed the fascination — light through leaves, earthy warmth, the way the outdoors could make you feel calm without even trying.
I grew up in a home my parents designed themselves — the back of the house was almost entirely glass — and I absorbed their vision for bringing the outside in before I even knew that was a design philosophy. Light, texture, nature woven into everyday spaces: it's the ethos behind everything I do.
That sensitivity never left. As a kid, I rearranged furniture for fun, noticing why a room felt "off." Eventually, friends and family started treating me as their unofficial design hotline — paint swatches, sofa choices, why a room felt cold.
For over a decade, I also ran a Pilates studio. I recently closed its doors. What people commented on most wasn't just the workouts — it was how the space felt. Warm, calm, beautiful. That wasn't an accident; the same instincts that shape a living room can shape a wellness space, too.
That eye has stayed with me through years of helping the people I love navigate their spaces, and, over the last two years, fully immersed in designing our own home. Now I'm ready to offer it more widely.
Enter Donna Rosen Home — boutique design consulting rooted in organic modern living and quiet luxury, for homeowners and businesses alike.
I'm not a traditional full-service interior designer, and that's intentional. What I offer is thoughtful design consulting and aesthetic guidance — a trusted eye for those who want clarity and confidence without the overwhelm. That might mean seeing a home's potential, navigating a renovation, choosing finishes and furnishings, designing a wellness studio that feels as beautiful as it is functional, or simply creating more warmth and flow in an environment you already love.
Because a space should feel effortless — a quiet kind of ease you notice the moment you walk in.
🌿 I’m so excited to work with you and help you find the same sense of calm and serenity in your home or business that I’ve found in mine.
