A smart, budget-conscious alternative to full staging. Rather than bringing in an entire inventory of rental furniture, I work with what you already have — editing, rearranging, and refining your existing space, then layering in a few carefully chosen pieces where needed. The result is a home that shows beautifully to buyers, without the cost of full staging.
Renovation Guidance
Support through the selection process for finishes, materials, and design decisions — including flooring, tile, cabinetry, paint, lighting, and hardware. Having been through three renovations myself, I know firsthand how draining decision fatigue can be.
